Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your crochet creations. Returns are accepted only for products with a manufacturing defect or damage. If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, email us your order details along with a clear description of the defect. Please also attach an unboxing video that shows the packaging and the product as it was received. This helps us verify the issue and speeds up the process.
If your return is approved, we’ll ask you to send the product back in its original, unused condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund using your original payment method. Customized or non-defective items are not eligible for returns. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
